Before your lesson..

First Lesson

When you arrive to the studio feel free to find a seat and relax in the lobby area/seating area until your instructor comes to greet you.

What do I wear?

Anything from athletic clothes to dressy casual is appropriate to wear on your lesson. Depending on if you have a date night planned with a dinner afterwards you can wear whatever you are comfortable in.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

If you don't have a pair of dance shoes that's okay! Make sure to wear something that will stay on your feet or straps onto your feet if they are heels. Your instructor can talk to you about dance shoes and where you can buy your first pair.

Do I need a partner?

No partner is required! You'll be able to dance with your instructor and get tips on how to practice when you don't have a partner at home to practice with.
